Our satisfaction guarantee includes a 30-day return option

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return products that you are not satisfied with. The claim under the satisfaction guarantee is in addition to the statutory rights of the consumer in the event of defects (warranty), which are not restricted by the guarantee.

Excluded are empty products and samples that have been used several times (beyond the extent of normal testing).
If you return one of the products mentioned, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.

Please note that the right to a refund may apply from a certain minimum order value or order quantity. free products added in the event of a return expires. In this case, the free products must also be returned, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct and retain the product value from the amount to be refunded.

Unfortunately, returns and refunds are no longer possible after the 30 days have expired.
